This website is operated by Zhejiang Haijiu Co., Ltd. (“Haijiu”, “we”). Registered address and company registration details are provided in writing during business correspondence and project review.

Inquiry form. When you submit the inquiry form we collect the details you enter: name, company, business email, country/market, buyer type, product category, expected quantity, customization needs, required documents and your message. We use them solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare the project review.
Technical data. Like most websites, the server records standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and performance purposes.
We do not collect payment information — this site has no checkout. We do not sell or rent personal information.
3. How information is used and shared
Inquiry details are used by the Haijiu project team — and, where a project requires it, by the manufacturing partners behind the production bases in Zhejiang and Foshan — to prepare proposals, samples and quotations. We share personal information only as far as necessary for that purpose, or when required by law.
4. Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting project, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Server logs are kept for a limited security window.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent at any time by writing to komi559966@gmail.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period.
6. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies necessary for the site to function (for example security and session cookies). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.
